What data we collect
Only what you submit through the contact form (name, email, company, project description) and minimal anonymous usage analytics — collected solely after your consent.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare an estimate and improve the website. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
To run the website and get your inquiry to us we rely on service providers acting as processors: Google Cloud (Belgium, EU) — website hosting; Google Workspace — our corporate mailbox, where the message from the form arrives; Telegram (UAE) — notifying our team about a new inquiry; Google Analytics (USA) — anonymous usage statistics, only after your consent in the cookie banner. We use no third-party email delivery service: the message from the form goes straight into our own mailbox. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Each of these services processes the data solely on our instructions and does not use it for its own marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
