How do we start?
Write to us or book a call. We run a short discovery, agree on scope and send a written estimate within a few days — free and without obligations.
How do payments work from abroad?
By invoice and bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) to a company account, in USD or EUR, per milestone. Every stage has a fixed deliverable and price.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. Full IP transfer is written into the contract, and the code lives in a repository you control from day one.
Can we start with an NDA?
Yes — NDA is our default. Send yours, or we'll provide a standard mutual template before any details are shared.
How do you handle data and GDPR?
GDPR-ready processes: data minimization, EU-region hosting on request, and no production data in development environments.
What about time zones and communication?
We work from Europe (EET) with full overlap of EU business hours and US mornings. Communication in English — GitHub, your tracker or ours, weekly demos.
What happens after launch?
A warranty period covers fixes, then an optional support plan: monitoring, updates and a roadmap for what's next.
